1. Scope of Services

We provide high-quality video production services, including but not limited to pre-production, filming, post-production, and final delivery. The specific details of each project will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement.

2. Booking & Payment Structure

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Work will not commence until payment is received.

  • The remaining 75% balance is due upon project delivery.

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.

  • Late payments beyond 14 days of invoice delivery will incur a 5% late fee per week.

3. Revisions & Edits

  • We offer up to two rounds of revisions as part of the agreed service package.

  • Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be charged at an hourly rate of $110 per hour.

  • Requests for revisions must be made within 7 days of receiving the draft.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • We retain ownership of all raw footage and project files unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Final delivered content is licensed to the client for the agreed-upon usage. This is for Social Media and Social Media Advertising unless specified and agreed upon otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless explicitly restricted in writing.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the shoot date will result in a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations between 3-14 days of the scheduled shoot are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days of the scheduled shoot are subject to a 75% cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional costs if changes result in extra expenses.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide all necessary materials (e.g., branding assets, scripts, shot lists) before the project starts.

  • Delays caused by missing materials may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

  • Clients are responsible for securing necessary permissions (e.g., locations, talent releases) before filming.

7. Project Turnaround Time

  • Typical turnaround times will be communicated at the start of the project.

  • Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure a smooth production. However, we are not liable for external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, equipment failure, client delays).

  • In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the agreed service, liability is limited to a refund of payments made.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • All client-provided materials and project details will be kept confidential unless permission is granted for promotional use.

10. Crew Welfare, Breaks and Meals

Breaks

  • For any booking where crew are engaged for five (5) hours or more, OneCast Media will schedule reasonable rest and/or meal breaks in accordance with applicable workplace health and safety obligations and relevant industrial instruments.

Meal Entitlement

  • For bookings of five (5) hours or more, crew are entitled to a reasonable meal break.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the event, this entitlement may be satisfied by one of the following, at OneCast Media’s discretion:

  • a meal provided by the Client or venue,

  • reasonable access to catering available onsite,

  • sufficient time for crew to obtain food offsite, or

  • a meal allowance to be charged to the Client at a reasonable rate.

Client Acknowledgement

The Client acknowledges that crew welfare, including breaks and meal arrangements, is managed solely by OneCast Media and is not subject to direction or restriction by the Client or venue, provided agreed deliverables are not materially impacted.
